NCPL's 10 year anniversary! We are going to be highlighting our Library's success with special events throughout 2012. This January 22, Mr. Boggs and his cohort "Barney" will be reading Thomas' Snowsuit by Robert Munch to the kids. Do plan to attend, if nothing else it'll keep the kids busy for a bit!
